PRE ENROLLMENT AND ENROLLMENT OF COMPUTER SCIENCE PROGRAM
Pre Enrollment involves the evaluation of all year level of their grades to their current year level, it also includes the advising where student will get their adviser slip. This will also determine if you will be a Regular or Irregular Student.

Requirements :
- Copy of Scholastic Record (Long Bondpaper)
- Copy of Letter of Intent (Short Bondpaper)
- Classcard and Gradesheet
- Copy of All Registration Form
- Vaxcert
- Long brown envelope w/ (Surname, Firstname, Middlename, Course, Year, Section, School Year You Started, BSCS Email)
Incoming 2nd Year CS Students :
Letter of Intent should include the mode of learning as asynchronous, e signature is not allowed.
Incoming 3rd Year and 4th Year CS Students:
It should include a face to face classes to their Letter of Intent, e signature is not allowed.

Incoming 3rd Year and 2nd Year
August 3, 2022
- BSCS 2A - 8:00AM - 11:00AM
- BSCS 2B - 11:00AM - 2:00PM
- BSCS 3A - 2:00PM - 5:00PM
It is advisable and a must to be on time on your specific schedule.
After the Evaluation, Keep the Adviser slip. It will be use for the Enrollment Schedule.

Process
1. Once you have an adviser slip, get the Payment slip to Maam Joemen on Pre-Enrollment or Go to the accounting office to get the Payment slip/Order of Payment.
2. Pay all the miscellaenous fee and registration fee written on the payment slip at the Cashier office.
3. Go back to room 301 for Encoding of Registration Form. Make sure you have the right details on your Registration Form.
4. Do not forget to sign your Registration Form to Our Coordinator to authenticate your Registration Form.
5. Go back to registrar office to stamp your Registration Form to verified your details to be enrolled.
6. Once it is finish, wait for the announcement of your class schedules before the Class Start.

Other Information CS Students should know
👕Wear an appropriate attire in pre enrollment and enrollment, we dont advise you to wear shorts, sando and slippers.
🕘We encourage everyone to arrive earlier since were not only the program that will enrolled on the said date.
📋Incoming 4th Year that have a OJT Schedule, please file a leave to prioritize the Pre-Enrollment and Enrollment first.
❌Enrolling your classmate is not permitted, It shall be done by your own.
❌Our Coordinator will not entertain you at the enrollment day for the students who didnt do pre-enrollment.
👦👩At the start of class, hair cut and hair color must follow the university rules.
👔4th Year students should wear their OJT Uniform and 3rd Year students should wear their Academic Uniforms at the start of their classes.
☝Do not forget to ask your professors to sign your Registration Form and Pass your Classcard at the start of classes
💁♂️💁♀️2nd Year students are encouraged to buy a uniform as the Major Subjects and Defense will be done in face to face. open cam is now required in online classes as it is part of the agreement on Letter of Intent.
Students who have an INC and didnt comply for 1 year needed to retake their Subject.
Other detailed plan and instruction will be announce by your respective class presidents.
